Error Resilience in MPEG-4

Hi all
We are a couple of students and we like to know if exists some basic configurations of the error resilience MPEG-4 (size of resync markers, Data Partitioning , RVLC...) to make transmissions of files in mobile networks (GSM, GPRS,UMTS).
We works with Helix Mobile Producer, MPEG4IP and SoftStream softwares for encoding with MPEG-4 with error resilience.
