I didn't realize there were international folks on the list. Our licence from the labels only allows us to sell downloads in the US so we just make the page unavailable.

As for what this is about - we are kind of like iTunes (my boss hates when I say that). Difference is that most of our stores are custom to a particular brand or label. A lot of it is promotional giveaways - a way to collect info from people.
