multi channel in adobe premiere

Guys

I want to capture some multi language digibeta tapes using premiere pro,
and keep the each track independent e.g. track 1 english, 2 italian, 3
mix minus, 4, french. If I have a multi input card e.g. M Audio or Black
Magic multi channel device will I be able to achieve this?
