3gpp live streaming to mobile via UMTS

Any suggestion on the best server for streaming 3gpp live to mobile phones
via UMTS. Any experience,tips best encoders etc.

Sun streaming server 2.1 ?
Helix Streaming server ?
Apple streaming server ?
Nextsreaming ?
Packet video ?
any other server ?!
