Streaming From Different Locations

Hi Everybody,

I have the following question and i need your help .

1)
We would like to stream live videos on the internet to our viewers. The servers(webservers and streaming servers) hosting the sites are in USA.

But we want to stream from a hall in one of the countries in Africa. How can we stream live to the servers in America? The servers can even be in Europe whiles we want to stream from Africa or Asia.

How can we send the streaming videos to the servers in USA so that viewers can watch it live?

How is it done in real world?

The whole question is how can we stream live videos on the internet from a location other than the location where our hosting servers are located.

It can even be that we want to stream the videos from Arizona whiles the hosting servers(webservers and streaming servers) are located in Washington.

I am a newbie so i need a detailed explanation of how it can be done including even information about all hardwares.

I need the complete information about how the whole thing is done in real world.
