Campus TV Distribution over IP

I work for a company that is currently building out two campus locations. We would like to leverage IP for the delivery of TV(cable, SAT) to locations within these campus's.

I would like to solicit some feedback from others that have done something similar and can share their experience (good or bad).

While we have several use cases defined, i would like to hear from the community any features you feel should be part of such a solution.

Its depends on your location. Because there are many companies here who provides internet service at very low price but it may be possible that they have no permission in you state or country.
