Hello World!

I just wanted to send out a welcome message to all the field techs, encoder engineers and webcast producers out there who would find value and support from this focused forum.

In addition to methods for trouble shooting field issues and field readiness, we will take a deep dive into the primary points-of-failure for live in-field production.

Preparedness is more than having the right adapter or a fail over plan, it is keeping your mind open 360 degrees - from beyond a specific location deep into the workings of media players, desktop issues (especially Enterprise! Think about it, during the day where is your audience going to be? Probably at work, and depending on the client, that means you will need to be MacGuyver in mind, body and spirit... ).

There is nothing worse than a webcast producer who throws their arms up and claims ignorance!
