RE: Need Online Video Platform Comparison
Thanks for your answer!
I had a look at TikiLIVE, the video quality is very good and it's a very "user friendly" page. The interactive options are great. The thing is, I'm interested in the backend options and tools that online video platforms like Brightcove, Ooyala, Vmix, DelveNetworks or kaltura provide. I'm trying to make a PROS and CONS list of this kind of platforms to decide which one is more suitable for my business. I've visited their web pages, but I need user's opinions... Thanks again |

Let me know if you have any questions about Kaltura - in the meantime, you can check out more information at http://www.kaltura.com - we offer a free trial there and you can play around with the platform's functionality in the Technology section of the site as well.

RE: Need Online Video Platform Comparison
Hello:
You may want to see this article about a few directions regarding the online video platforms and how this works: http://www.streamingmedia.com/article.asp?id=10952 You'll see that it's not only the backend you need to think of but things like encoding, hosting, streaming options ( live-on demand, free-pay per view) and also video quality. Have a look also at: online-video-platforms, there is more information about how to load content on this type of solutions. _________________________________________________ Catalin Professional Streaming Consultant |
