Darwin Stream Server File not Found

Hi,
I install Darwin version 5.5.5 on windows server 2008,
from QuickTime in another computer(10.2.0.6) I try the URL 'rtsp://10.2.0.17:554/sample_100kbit.mov '
but the vlc not stream and I capture from the wireshark
the following messages:
DESCRIBE rtsp://10.2.0.17:554/sample_100kbit.mov RTSP/1.0

CSeq: 1

Accept: application/sdp

Bandwidth: 384000

Accept-Language: en-US

User-Agent: QuickTime/7.6 (qtver=7.6;cpu=IA32;os=Mac 10.5.6)



RTSP/1.0 404 Not Found

Connection: Close

and from StreaminServer.log

my Media Directory is Movies(default) and I have the movie sample_100kbit.mov inside it

someone have Idea what the problem?
