Dual flash video?
Hi all. Is there any tricks available to have two flv's play synchronized?
I've done it before with SMIL/QT/Real but can't find any good solution for flash. Regards, Jonas. |

I'm not sure how you are deploying the FLVs but you can just have them play back synchronized by using action script. So if a user clicks a play button both FLVs will play at the same time. |

RE: Dual flash video?
Thanks, but I'm looking for a more like multicam solution, two video tracks in one timeline. So when seeking in one video, the other should also seek to the same point like two par in SMIL. I've tested that with actionscript but lack of keyframes can make it way out of sync.
But now when I think of it maybe it's possible to put one in pause until the other spools up... |

RE: Dual flash video?
Hi Jonas
have a look at tikilive if you want to do multicasting. You have a co host feature which allows you to do broadcasting with 2 video tracks in one timeline. Catalin Sadagurschi Eyepartner Team |
