Windows Media 9 streaming over the net at 100k per media player image

Hello my name is Erik Jansson this is my first post and id like some input on your opinions in this forum. Im trying to do some research and anwser some questions I have. Iam in touch with a person who has been able to take media 9. And he optimized it where he can stream four(4) media player 9 over the net where each media player is streaming at 100k each high resolution with no audio perfectly. This demo is of a super market where people are working around etc. We have a application in our market for this which is video security. He in addition has been able as i saw for my self at starbucks. Been able to stream media player at 30k over his pda on a wifi connection. In one demo he has a camcoder pointed at the st where you can see the cars drive by. Ive been to his office and saw for myself that all he has said is true. The question I have is this, he tells me hes about 1 year. Ahead of everybody else in being able to optimize windows media player down to such a small size at this capability. The question I have is this claim true??? What im trying to really get at is this, are there others anyone knows on here. Working on this type of optimization?
