Multiple Channels using On a Single PC

Hi All,

I want to stream multiple stream using Single PC.
What i know that one can not stream multiple channels using single TV
Tuner Card. Can i use multiple TV Tuner on a single PC to stream multiple
channels.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hello,

You cannot do it with a single computer. You will need different computers to stream multiple channels, each computer for one channel. All of them need a tv capture card. I am doing LIVE streaming and I wanted to do the same thing but it's not possible.

But i heard that there are some cards that can be used to stream more than channels using single PC. If using these cards, it is possible to stream more than one channel than why not using multiple cards.
I need to know who impose the limitation for this, operating System or Capture Card?
if you know please help me by telling this.

Hello:
The limitation is related to the tv capture card. Now it depends on how many channels you want to stream. If it's a small number then using different computers will be a good solution. But what exactly you intend to do ?

If you have idea how capture card imposes limitation then please explain me.I f you have some documents that explain working of Tv Capture card then please share with me.I tried lot on google to find some good tutorial but not able to find it..

Actually, i want to stream more than one channels using single PC.I do not want to use one PC for one channel.

What I just gave you is a tutorial of how to install a tv capture card and the main functions. How many channels are you going to stream ?

There are cards that has multiple inputs, but there aren't TV cards, rather its called capture cards.

The capture card i use have four video inputs with four audio inputs. So if you want to use one Pc you should get a capture card that supports it.
