Streaming Media Forums

Hey guys,

What do you use to stream media from your computer?
I have found that my favorite is through LiveStream.
They allow you to have live streaming media stream straight from your desktop.
With one of their programs, procaster, you can select a portion of your screen to have streamed to your channel. Very useful.

Let me know what you guys like to use to stream your media.

My bro-in-law highly recommends VLC media player:
