Streaming Media Forums

I have a load of realmedia files I need to transcode into Flash. Can anyone recommend something that will do the job?

If I recall correctly, Real Networks don't permit licensing of their CODECs for transcoding purposes.

However, Applian's Replay Converter claims to support it as an input format.

Failing that, screen based capture app's which grab the decoded video as it is displayed to the screen are always another option.
